Honeywell Sr HR Manager, HR Strategy & Transformation in Charlotte, North Carolina

Sr HR Manager, HR Strategy & Transformation for Honeywell International, Inc. (Charlotte, NC)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead the operational aspects of the HR Strategy & Functional Transformation team.

Ensure consistent use of common processes, tools, and metrics by the members of the team.

Onboard, launch and ensure accuracy for incubation and special projects.

Assess project issues and develops resolutions to ensure the teams course correct and meet productivity, quality, and customers satisfaction goals and objectives.

Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, HR Executives, and internal clients.

Drive the development of long-range objectives and strategic plans for Honeywell's HR Function.

Perform external research to identify functional opportunities, best practices, and perform financial and HR analysis for functional transformation recommendations.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Job Site: Charlotte, NC

40 hours/week

Eligible for Employee Referral Program: $1500

YOU MUST HAVE:

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources, Sociology, or a related field and two (2) years of HR experience. Must possess two (2) years of experience in the following: HR organizational design; HR systems, such as Oracle Peoplesoft, Oracle Business Intelligence, Honeywell HR portal, and Honeywell Operating System; HR policies and guidelines; project management; HR Analytics; Microsoft Office Suite; with HR process, including HR functional improvements, corporate policy management, global census management, internal customer satisfaction analysis and improvements. Up to 10% international and domestic travel required. Telecommuting permitted up to two (2) times per week.
