About the Role

Are you a skilled ServiceNow Developer looking to make a significant impact on AI-driven solutions? [Company Name] is seeking a talented individual to join our Enterprise Functions Technology team and help implement GenAI into our core services. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow applications that leverage the power of AI to enhance efficiency and user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications with a focus on integrating GenAI features.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Customize and extend ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HR, CSM, etc.) to meet business needs using GenAI.

  • Configure AI-powered virtual agents, chatbots, and conversational interfaces.

  • Develop integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using APIs and middleware.

  • Perform system testing, debugging, and validation to ensure GenAI implementations are stable and reliable.

  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and project teams.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer

  • 5+ years of experience with HRSD or ITSM

  • Certified System Admin/CAD

  • Experience implementing AI Search and Virtual Agent (Now Assist)

  • 4+ years of experience working in an Agile Delivery team
