Service BDC Representative Job Description:

As a Business Development Representative (BDC), your day-to-day includes interacting with customers over the phone/internet, building positive relationships, and managing service appointments. Top performers possess excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills with an ability to showcase our products and services in a compelling way!

  • Location: Hendrick Honda South Blvd. (Charlotte, NC).

  • Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Saturday, day/afternoon/weekend shifts, business hours 7:00am-6:00pm.

  • Pay Range: $17 per hour.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • 1 year of direct customer service experience preferred (retail or similar fast-paced environment).

Essential Job Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Ability to handle customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.

  • Ability to memorize scripts for products and services.

  • Computer literacy and ability to use customer databases.

  • Confidence in ability to use technology and multi-task.

  • Ability to build relationships with customers.
