Bartender Job Description

Job Title: Bartender (Sporting Event Concessions)

Job Summary: We are seeking efficient and customer-focused bartenders to join our team at the sporting event concessions area. The primary responsibilities will include serving beer, opening cans, and processing credit card transactions. Ideal candidates will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Serve beer to guests efficiently and accurately.
• Open cans of beer as needed.
• Handle credit card transactions using POS systems.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any guest inquiries.

Requirements:

• Previous bartending or customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must be 18 years old

Skills:

• Efficient and quick service.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and credit card transactions.
• Ability to work well under pressure.

Attire:

Must have black or khaki pants with black non slip shoes. We will provide the shirts. This is an extremely clean cut appearance event. No holes, or graphics on clothes.

VIP Server

Job Title: VIP Server (Sporting Event)

Job Summary: We are looking for an attentive and experienced VIP Server to cater to the needs of our VIP guests at a sporting event. The VIP Server will ensure an exceptional and personalized experience, providing top-notch service in a high-energy environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet VIP guests and ensure they feel welcomed and valued.
• Provide attentive and personalized service, anticipating guest needs.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders promptly and accurately.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the VIP area.
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints efficiently and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with other team members to deliver seamless service.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a server, preferably in a VIP or high-end setting.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a professional demeanor.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry trays of food and drinks.
• Must be 18 years old.
