Wells Fargo Senior Social Media Governance Specialist in CHARLOTTE, North Carolina

About this role:

This position will develop end-to-end business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement efficiencies in support of the Social Media function. Additionally, this individual will participate in the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) Program, support audit requirements and reviews, and play a critical role in the risk management transformation for the Public Affairs group. The incumbent will work at 401 South Tryon Street in Charlotte, NC and is required to be in the office 3 days a week. The Wells Fargo job profile is Senior Business Execution Consultant .

In this role, you will:

  • Serve on the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) taskforce

  • Implement policy, procedures, and processes to ensure consistency across the function

  • Establish consistent practices, controls, and governance procedures that mitigate risk

  • Execute a variety of initiatives that align with business objectives and goals

  • Identify and eliminate gaps in controls and ensure documentation is sufficient

  • Adhere to completion timelines for control development

  • Develop procedures, job aids and FAQs related to process updates

  • Track and monitoring data for various initiatives and regulatory requirements

  • Develop training and support for that promote compliance of business policy and standards

  • Review end-to-end processes to determine where we can simplify and create efficiencies

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience establishing consistent practices, controls, and governance procedures

  • Experience identifying alignment gaps, potential issues and identify solutions to mitigate risks

  • Experience articulating complex issues and proposing solutions to senior management

  • Experience designing processes focused on managing and mitigating operational risk

  • Experience consulting and influencing senior leaders, partners, and peers

  • Experience building strong relationships and collaborating across large organizations
