Your key responsibilities
As a Senior Manager in our SAP Financial Services practice, you are expected to be a team leader by managing the complete delivery of one or more workstreams in an SAP implementation. You will be a critical member of the team working with our program leads and key subject matter advisors to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive solution will be delivered on-time and on-budget to the utmost satisfaction of our clients. Additionally, you will also be expected to cultivate client relationships, help drive new project pursuits, and support the development of junior team members.
Skills and attributes for success
On your typical engagement, you will work with the key stakeholders to understand their needs and advise on SAP system capabilities. You will initiate the requirement gathering, architect solutions, complete blueprinting, oversee configuration and development, testing, and manage all project workflow and documentation. You will be required to maintain open lines of communication with program leads and senior client stakeholders.
To qualify for the role you must have
8 years of system implementation execution, system implementation design, and/or lean / six-sigma operational improvement
8 years hands-on experience with at least one SAP S/4HANA module/application such as FICO, AP, AR, Group Reporting/BPC, FPSL, FSCD, FSRI, SAP Analytics Cloud Planning, BW / HANA, or BusinessObjects/SAC BI
A minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in the financial services industry or comparable
Previous experience leading and managing multi-skilled project/scrum teams
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills
A willingness to travel to meet client needs
Ideally, you'll also have
Post-graduate / Graduate degree in computer science, engineering, accounting, finance or a related field
Prior consulting industry experience or deep functional experience
SAP Certification/s

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $169,900 to $388,200. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $203,900 to $441,300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. You’ll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
