Description

We are seeking a Part-time Accounting Specialist to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role primarily involves various accounting tasks, such as processing payments, preparing reports, and maintaining financial records. You will be part of a team of eight, leveraging your knowledge in Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, Concur, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, QuickBooks, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Processing customer credit applications accurately

• Maintaining accurate records of customer credit

• Addressing customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner

• Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary action when required

• Managing payment processing and check clearing tasks

• Accurately posting cash transactions in the system

• Preparing daily financial reports for the bank and board members

• Conducting regular audits to ensure financial accuracy

• Performing billing functions as needed

• Using in-house software such as Quickbooks and cashpro for various accounting functions.

Requirements • Proficient in Accounting Software Systems.

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services.

• Familiarity with Concur financial management software.

• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems.

• Ability to perform various Accounting Functions.

• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP).

• Expertise in managing Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Solid understanding of Auditing principles and practices.

• Experience in performing Billing Functions.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks software.
