ABCO Maintenance is a Commercial Facility Maintenance/Construction Company that has been serving the Tri-State area 7 days a week/ 24 hours a day for over 35 years. We are actively recruiting an experienced Project Manager to join our team.

Job Description:
Project managers are responsible for the overall success of the projects and the team. They need to be organized, detail-oriented, and have strong communication and presentation skills. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to work with our on-site technicians and or sub-contractors on daily work orders/job from inception to completion.
Planning:Creating a project plan and establishing a timeline
Budgeting:Ensure that the project stays within budget
Managing and allocating resources and onsite technicians: ensuring deliverables are on time,
Leading others:Ensuring the people in your scope have the training and coaching they need to succeed
Communicating:Keeping management, customer and technicians up to date on the project. Including but not limited to, troubleshooting
Monitoring progress:Tracking the project's progress, anticipating delays, and adjusting as needed
Documenting:Maintaining project documentation within company systems and tools

Position Requirements
Job Requirements:
5 years+ hands on experience with maintenance & construction skilled trades (plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, electrical, roofing)
Experience working with self-performing labor
Prior Project Management experience
Must be a self-performer with minimum guidance
Tech savvy and comfort in working with computers, phones, and other systems
Strong problem-solving skills
Must have the ability to manage employees and delegate them multiple tasks
Effective interpersonal and communication skills
