salary: $65,000 - $120,000 per year

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Management:

  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

  • Oversee the execution of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to plans and specifications.

  • Team Leadership:

  • Lead and manage project teams, including subcontractors and site staff.

  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

  • Client and Stakeholder Communication:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, architects, and other stakeholders.

  • Provide regular updates on project status, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

  • Quality Control:

  • Ensure all work meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations.

  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.

  • Budget and Cost Management:

  • Monitor project budgets and control costs.

  • Approve invoices, manage purchase orders, and handle financial reporting.

  • Risk Management:

  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Ensure all projects comply with safety regulations and company policies.

  • Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.

  • Prepare and present project reports to senior management.

The essential functions of this role include:
