Novant Health Program Manager - Rehabilitation in Charlotte, North Carolina

Job Summary

The Program Manager (non-supervisory) will be responsible for optimal performance of a designated department or facility. They will foster physician and community relationships, customer satisfaction, and teamwork within the facility in addition to daily patient care duties. The program manager will serve as model for best clinical practice and ensure adherence to best practices within their department or facility. The program manager will partner with the outpatient manager for optimal efficiencies for scheduling and meeting productivity standards. This position has 85-95% clinical responsibility. Qualifications

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited professional program resulting in licensure as PT, PTA, OT, OTA , SLP or audiologist, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.

  • Experience: Minimum of two years experience working as a licensed clinician/therapist in an Outpatient environment, preferred.

  • Licensure/Certification: Appropriate state PT, PTA, OT, OTA, ST, Audiology license, required.
