We are hiring Production Workers to join our team at a premier Food Manufacturing Company in Charlotte, NC. All positions are temp to hire, based off performance and attendance. Responsibilities

In a typical day, you will:

• Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.

• Interact professionally with other employees, customers and suppliers.

• Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.

• Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees.

• Follow and adhere to all company policies and procedures, safety rules and good manufacturing practices (GMPS).

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• standing for 8 hours at one time
