As a Plumber Assistant:
You’ll observe and assist in plumbing installations, including water heaters, tankless water heaters, and water filtration systems. A Lead Plumber Installer will help guide you. Together, you’re the dream team!
You’ll provide excellent customer service. You’ll listen to the customer’s concerns and work to make sure everything is taken care of.
You’ll learn and train so you can grow as a plumber! After all, our plumbing department is FULL of opportunities for you to grow.

Minimum Plumber Assistant Qualifications:
No prior plumbing experience required
Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
Mechanically inclined with ability to troubleshoot and understand technical concepts
Familiar & skilled in the safe use of basic hand tools
High School Diploma or GED
Basic computer & technology skills
Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in the English language
Preferred Plumber Assistant Qualifications:
2+ years of experience with customer service or sales
Prior Plumbing experience a plus

Work Environment: The duties of this job are primarily performed outdoors, potentially in extreme hot, cold, and wet/humid weather conditions and in confined/close spaces, i.e. residential home crawl spaces and attics. Occasional exposure to factors such as toxic fumes, caustic chemicals, loud noise, UV light, and other hazards may be required, which may cause noticeable discomfort or a moderate risk of accident or illness. This job requires the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as directed by company policy.
