Manager, OpEx Analytics -Onsite (M-F)
This Is What You’ll Do:
Financial and Resource Analysis:
Develop and implement robust methodologies for assessing financial ROI, resource requirements, and cost savings potential of proposed projects.
Conduct comprehensive financial analyses of proposed workflows and projects, including cost-benefit analysis, NPV calculations, and sensitivity analyses.
Collaboration and Strategic Recommendations:
Collaborate closely with the innovation team to understand proposed initiatives and their potential operational impacts.
Provide data-driven recommendations to the Director of Operational Excellence and Innovation regarding project viability and prioritization.
Modeling and Tool Development:
Develop and maintain financial models and analytical tools to support decision-making processes.
Continuously refine and improve analytical methodologies to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to project financial performance and resource utilization.
Prepare and present analytical reports and findings to leadership and stakeholders.
Compliance and Industry Awareness:
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies in all analyses and recommendations.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices in financial analysis, and emerging analytical technologies.

This Is What It Takes:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
Experience:
7+ years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or related fields preferred.
5+ years of experience in financial analysis, business analytics, or related field preferred.
Technical Skills:
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent preferred.
Strong knowledge of various process improvement methodologies and tools (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping) preferred.
Strong proficiency in financial modeling, statistical analysis, and data visualization required.
Expert-level skills in Excel and experience with business intelligence tools required (e.g., Tableau, Power BI
Proficiency in data mining, and predictive modeling using tools such as SQL, and Excel preferred.
Leadership and Collaboration:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail required.
Solid understanding of operational processes and resource management principles required.
Communication and Problem-Solving:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making required.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial audiences required.
Project Evaluation and Compliance:
Experience in project evaluation and capital budgeting required.
Innovation and Adaptability:
Proven track record of successfully implementing innovative solutions in a business environment required.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Position works in-office at the Corporate location
Ability to sit for extended periods of time
Ability to use a computer and other office equipment
Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 20 pounds
Ability to reach, bend, and stoop as necessary
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
Ability to focus and concentrate on tasks for extended periods
Ability to navigate the office environment safely, including stairs and elevators if applicable
Ability to travel up to 25% via airplane or vehicle
Ability to use assistive devices if needed for mobility or communication
