Job Description

The End user experience Technical Analyst is responsible for maintaining end user / site hardware, close alignment with global teams to ensure consistent governance and standards are established to support the corporate desktop and mobile environments as well as providing exceptional service to the business and end users. Perform software and hardware upgrades, maintenance and refreshes. Test new software OS's, upgrades and applications prior to implementing into production. Create and maintain support documentation and training material for internal IT and end users.

Top Skills' Details

  1. Experience supporting Windows OS Environment - Experience with doing PC Refresh / Imaging

  2. Experience managing enterprise PC Environment

  3. Experience Technical troubleshooting to resolve hardware, software and end user problems as they occur, delivering prompt, courteous and professional service.

Relevant Certifications:

CompTIA A+ or Network+ is nice to have
