As an IT Compliance Auditor, you will play a critical role in assessing and evaluating the compliance of our clients' IT systems with relevant regulations, standards, and internal policies. You will work closely with clients to understand their compliance requirements and conduct audits to identify gaps and areas for improvement. This role requires a strong understanding of IT security principles, regulatory frameworks, and auditing practices.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their compliance requirements and objectives.

• Conduct audits of IT systems, infrastructure, and processes to assess compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and internal policies.

• Develop audit plans and methodologies tailored to the specific needs of each client and engagement.

• Review and analyze IT security controls, policies, and procedures to ensure effectiveness and adherence to best practices.

• Identify gaps and deficiencies in IT compliance and security posture and provide recommendations for remediation.

• Prepare detailed audit reports documenting findings, observations, and recommendations for management and stakeholders.

• Communicate audit results and recommendations to clients in a clear and concise manner, both orally and in writing.

• Provide guidance and support to clients in implementing remediation plans and addressing compliance issues.

• Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements, industry standards, and emerging threats and vulnerabilities.

• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to enhance audit methodologies, tools, and processes.

  Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

• Proven experience as an IT auditor or compliance professional, with a focus on IT systems and infrastructure.

• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and industry standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, NIST, ISO 27001, etc.

• Experience conducting IT audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews.

• Familiarity with IT security principles, controls, and best practices.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and assess compliance.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in audit documentation and reporting.

• Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CRISC, or similar are a plus.

• Ability to travel occasionally to client sites as needed.
