Job Description

Insight Global is hiring for a Data Engineer to join one of our large loan institution and credit solution clients. This will be a 6-month contract sitting remote in India working and available until 11:30am EST (Noon-9pm IST). This individual will be working on marketing data platform. You will define and establish data models and supporting the tools and methods of populating data into data marts. This individual will provide operational support and incident/problem management including logging, instrumentation, analysis, and implementation of process improvements. You will collaborate with the business to oversee the visualization of data and report generation to meet various needs. You will coordinate with other IT teams to configure and implement security, monitoring, tooling, and related capabilities.

Skills and Requirements

· 5+ years of experience in data engineering role

 · Proven experience with Airflow and DBT (using to transforming and managing data in data warehouses)

 · Strong experience with programming language, Python

 · Experience with cloud platforms, specifically Snowflake (building data pipelines, integrating data with marketing platforms with third parties, data transformation within Snowflake)

 · Experience with the AWS cloud environment

 · Expertise in designing and optimizing ETL process and data workflows

Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI · Experience with data operations migrations, transformations and data lakes

 · Knowledge on Marketing data is a plus

 · Marketing, tracking and configurations and User Interface null
