Inside Sales Opportunity Rep. Specialist
As an Inside Sales Opportunity Rep. Specialist, you will represent a cutting-edge Generative AI platform tailored for the healthcare and hospital sector. This platform is designed to help large hospitals enhance their clinical outcomes through advanced AI-driven insights and tools. You will work with major healthcare institutions, positioning the product as a transformative solution for improving patient care and operational efficiency.
Nurture a high volume of accounts; upsell, cross-sell, and activate existing and new accounts.
Own end-to-end sales responsibility (0-100%) for pipeline origination, progression, closure, and post-close account management.
Retain and grow revenue within accounts.
Develop an understanding of partners’ business goals and translate data into actionable insights.
Work collaboratively with the sales team to maintain and grow relationships.
Track, analyze, and communicate key business metrics and trends to leadership.
Capture and qualify inbound and net-new leads, ensuring smooth validation and pipeline progression.
Prepare and deliver digital presentations to clients for seamless sales handoff and closure.
Foster sales growth by collaborating with the team to accelerate opportunities and enhance product knowledge.
Develop targeted sales strategies to optimize opportunity conversion.
Create training content to support team development.
Establish and maintain an accurate, robust pipeline within the client CRM
This is a hybrid role.
Basic Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years full-cycle sales experience
Minimum of 2 years' experience with technology-based product and platform demonstration
Minimum 1 year of experience selling technology into healthcare sector
Preferred Qualifications
Prior inside sales experience with emphasis on both outbound and inbound calling
Has quota-based sales experience with sales impact on performance, quota attainment, and promotion
Experience with lead generation
Specific knowledge of the IT and cloud- based technology industry
Experience delivering group presentations
Commitment to in-depth, structured sales training and processes
Bachelor's degree
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
