Kforce has a client that is seeking an HR Project Coordinator in Charlotte, NC.Summary:Under general supervision, the HR Project Coordinator is responsible for enhancing, implementing and/or managing OE programs and processes pertaining to performance management, talent planning and succession planning.Responsibilities: * HR Project Coordinator will provide program and project support for medium- to large-scale projects/programs such as goal setting, mid-year and annual performance reviews, talent planning and succession planning * Develop and manage detailed project schedules and plans, including coordination of work with partner teams, ensuring projects remain on track * As a HR Project Coordinator, you will create training resources (e.g., reference guides, job aids) and supporting project materials including agendas, meeting minutes, meeting slides, and communications * Research varied, relevant topics and make recommendations upon request * Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about progress, adjustments, and/or opportunities for improvement * HR Project Coordinators may independently lead portions of projects or programs * May lead meetings with team members or partners (e.g., HR Technology * 1-2 years of Project management/project coordination experience * Experience putting together materials utilizing PowerPoint and Word (Intermediate - Advanced, branded template they use for materials, however, will need to look extremely polished in the end) * Advanced Excel knowledge (pivots and VLOOKUP's) * Effective partnership and collaboration skills * Excellent communication skills * Strong attention to detail Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
