Job Description
During the Graduate Specialist Program, you will spend 18-24 months in various individually designed job rotations in the US and Germany focusing on Finance, Controlling, and Data Management. This program is designed to transition you into a full time business analyst role with Bosch Rexroth after completion of the program. In this way, we lay the foundation for a successful career together.
What awaits you:
4-6 job rotations, one of which is abroad:, focusing on areas such as:
Sales Controlling
Business Digitalization
Operation/Plant Controlling
DCNA Corporate Controlling
Other related areas, as applicable.
Your responsibilities and areas to learn include:
Generation and maintenance of dashboards for monitoring business performance
Maintaining North American sales database and data model
Work with controllers and other departments to automate reporting of financial and operational KPIs
Participate in business plan and current forecasting processes
Support Plant Controlling, Month End Closing activities and reporting
Data analysis and generation of various reports including price, costs, profitability
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree- Major in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Science and Analytics or related field with basic coursework in accounting/finance
Proficient in MS office, especially Excel (comfortable building up calculations)
Desire to learn new systems and programs
Preferred Qualifications
Systems knowledge in ERP System (SAP), SQL, Power Query, R, Python, RPA and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Foreign language skills are a plus: German and/or Spanish.
