Honeywell General Manager, Utility Software Business in Charlotte, North Carolina

Reporting into the SETS President this person will develop and implement a business strategy – STRAP at global level to grow the business at or greater than market rates by making the most of product technology, new product development, open innovation, voice of customer, current product portfolio, manufacturing assets and equipment engineering capabilities. This will be done through collaboration with key stakeholders as CTO, CCO, regional GMs and Supply chain teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Full responsibility for the P&L and growth of Honeywell Digital and Software solutions for Smart Energy and Thermal Solutions

•Identify the organic and inorganic growth opportunities for the business and drive and execute on strategy including M&A.

•Lead the Business, Technology, and Innovation strategy and initiatives for the organization.

•Drive growth and exceed expectations by developing and executing BTI plans.

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business strategies and create strong messaging.

•Create and implement a strong Management Operating System (MOS) to deliver business messages effectively.

•Provide leadership and guidance to the BTI team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

•Manage partners relationship /Investigate market options /Build new product pipeline/ Research the market

•Proven experience in leading Utility Software Business strategies and initiatives.

•Strong business acumen and ability to drive growth.

•Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

•Ability to create and implement effective management operating systems.
