Description

We are on the lookout for a meticulous Financial Analyst to join our team in South Charlotte. In this role, you will be primarily tasked with processing financial data, creating detailed financial reports, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and providing critical insights to aid decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret financial data to assist in strategic decision-making processes

• Collaborate with various teams to collect, compile, and analyze financial and operational data

• Create and refine presentations for leadership based on financial analyses

• Engage in the development of detailed sales reporting for sales teams and individual sales personnel

• Contribute to compensation modeling, fostering top-line growth and mentorship

• Assist in the enhancement and expansion of existing monthly financial/operational reporting packages

• Participate in long-term data initiatives, including metrics related to different divisions

• Conduct ad hoc financial and data-driven analyses for Group Benefits Leadership

• Ensure accurate record-keeping and resolve inquiries related to customer accounts

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience working as a Financial Analyst

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is mandatory.

• Proficiency in Data Mining Techniques.

• Solid understanding of Accounting Functions is essential.

• Familiarity with Budget Processes is required.

• Capital Management skills

• Proficiency in Power BI
