Job Description

We are expanding our Corporate Treasury Team. This role has multiple grade levels, and is open to candidates with 3 years minimum related experience. We are also accepting applications for candidates seeking mid-level and senior level positions. Selected candidates will be hired for the position and grade level that is best aligned with their experience.

The Asset Liability Management (ALM) division within Corporate Treasury is hiring and looking for teammates to join this growing organization. The ALM team is responsible for providing senior management with accurate, timely, and comprehensive forecasts of the Company’s balance sheet and net interest income (NII). The team is also focused on interest rate risk (IRR) measurement processes, Funds transfer pricing (FTP), quantitative analytics and working across Corporate Treasury, Finance, Business Lines, and the rest of the Company to develop and implement active balance sheet management strategies. The successful candidate will have:

  • ALM knowledge and expertise

  • Strong finance technical knowledge

  • Experience in developing growth and pricing strategies, return analysis and capital allocation

  • Demonstrated ability to connect economic environment to bank performance to foster strategic discussions

  • Ability to build relationships, communicate and influence business partners across the organization

  • QRM experience (this will be needed in 1-2 of the candidates and are specific to being Minneapolis based)

  • Acquisition experience preferred

This role is hybrid. Team members who are in a hybrid role typically spend three days a week at a U.S. Bank location, while having flexibility on their work location for the other working days.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • Three or more years of related experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Working knowledge of financial analysis techniques and general accounting procedures

  • Well-developed mathematical and analytical skills

  • Thorough knowledge in financial analysis, forecasting, and planning

  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data

  • Strong technical skills related to data mining and visualization tools

  • Master's degree preferred

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $71,800.00 - $95,700.00 - $105,270.00
