Robert Half Marketing & Creative is looking for a digital designer for one of our clients in Charlotte, NC!

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to understand project requirements and objectives.

• Create visually engaging and effective designs for websites, mobile apps, email campaigns, social media, and digital advertisements.

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces that enhance user experience and engagement.

• Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and reflect the company's visual identity.

• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve design quality and efficiency.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and make data-driven design decisions.

• Work with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

  Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Digital Designer or similar role.

• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.

• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.

• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

• Ability to create responsive designs that work across various devices and screen sizes.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Portfolio showcasing a range of digital design projects.
