About this role:
The Delivery Assurance Project Manager will be responsible for managing the entire order fulfillment process for commercial HVAC equipment, ensuring that each order is processed, manufactured, and delivered in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires a strong understanding of project management principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the order intake process, ensuring all customer requirements are understood and accurately communicated.
Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to resolve any technical issues that may arise during the order fulfillment process.
Coordinate with the manufacturing team to ensure appropriate production schedules and monitor progress to meet delivery deadlines.
Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on order status and address any concerns or changes in requirements.
Implement project management best practices to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Work closely with the logistics department to arrange transportation and delivery of equipment, ensuring all shipments meet quality standards.
Conduct post-delivery follow-up to gather customer feedback and ensure satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
5 + years of experience in project management
Preferred Qualifications
5 + years of experience in project management, preferably in a manufacturing or technical environment
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities, within a matrixed organization.
Working Conditions: The Project Manager will work in an office setting with regular visits to the manufacturing floor and occasional travel to customer sites for project oversight.
Physical Requirements: The role may require lifting of up to 20 pounds, standing for extended periods during site visits, and the use of standard office equipment.
