Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Data Analyst to join one of our clients in Charlotte NC or Richmond VA. Analyst will be responsible for driving and sustaining adherence of governance policies with various application owners. Ensure all data storage locations comply with the record retention policy and standards. Continuously evaluate enhancement opportunities for remediation efforts which will reduce manual options, offer automated solutions and reduce risk exposure. Develop and maintain dashboards used for data reporting/analytics. Will own and lead processes for how applications are operating in the services. Triage existing dashboards in Tableau. Oversee multiple automation and/or records management projects. Lead continuous process improvement efforts across the team.

Pay range 60-67/hour depending on years of experience.

Skills and Requirements

1.) 3+ years of experience in data analytics or governance

2.) Demonstrated experience creating and maintaining reports in Tableau, and ability to respond to incidents with existing dashboards

3.) Project management and process improvement skills

4.) Risk management or operational excellency 1.) Banking or financial services industry experience null
