TEKsystems Customer Service Representative in Charlotte, North Carolina

NOW HIRING REMOTE CALL CENTER AGENTS!

MUST HAVES:

  • Call Center Experience: 2+ years of call center

    -MS Office Experience

  • Job Stability

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Answer and support patients with issues regarding hearing aid products

  • Troubleshoot Bluetooth technology and wifi/connectivity issues

  • Address and resolve customer complaints

  • Direct calls as appropriate to correct department or individual within company.

  • Effectively meet all defined metrics regarding talk time and accuracy

  • Communicate effectively with customer to provide a high quality experience

-Hours are Monday-Friday 11a-8p EST

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Technology experience preferred but not required

  • Working in a fast paced environment

  • Strong communication

  • High School Diploma or GED
