In this role, you will handle a high volume of phone calls, assisting customers with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to our product line. Your ability to provide exceptional service and support will contribute to our reputation for outstanding customer care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Provide effective troubleshooting and problem-solving assistance for a variety of product-related issues.

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and support.

  • Document customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided.

  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members or departments.

  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.

  • Continuously improve product knowledge and stay updated on new products and features.

    Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Previous customer service experience, preferably in a high call volume environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

Proficient in using CRM software and other customer service tools.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
