Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Credit Analyst to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this role, you will be responsible for running credit checks, setting up new customers, and managing a large volume of customer accounts in a B2B setting. This is a contract to hire opportunity that requires a self-starter who can work independently most of the time.

Responsibilities:

• Process and analyze customer credit applications

• Maintain and update customer credit records in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne system

• Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate actions for collection processes

• Resolve customer credit inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Conduct data processing tasks related to credit applications and credit limits

• Generate and analyze credit reports to make informed decisions

• Work independently to problem solve credit-related issues

• Display a high level of responsibility in managing thousands of customer accounts

• Exhibit a strong ability to work in a hybrid position, requiring motivation and organization. Requirements • Proficiency in Data Processing is required

• Must have proficiency in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne

• Experience in Collection Processes is necessary

• Must possess deep understanding of Credit and Credit Applications

• Experience in setting and adjusting Credit Limits

• Ability to interpret and analyze Credit Reports

• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word and PowerPoint

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Must have strong work ethic and professional demeanor

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field is preferred

• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
