In this role, you will:

  • Manage and develop a team of Business Execution Consultants while ensuring successful planning, integration, impasse resolution, and measurement of operations with moderate to high complexity and visibility

  • Engage functional leaders to obtain resources, influence outcomes, address conflict, and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo's policies and business line objectives

  • Identify opportunities to enhance operational practices, improve data quality and streamline data processes.

  • Manage and lead root cause analysis and insights of thematic data quality issues.

  • Partner with Operations teams, Data Management functions, and other key stakeholders to drive tactical and strategic solutions to improve customer data quality.

  • Coordinate and oversee the execution of customer reference data remediation initiatives.

  • Identify potential risks when implementing change along with developing mitigation strategies and plans

  • Recommend opportunities for Business Execution process improvement

  • Determine appropriate strategies and actions of multiple business groups to meet moderate to high complex deliverables

  • Interpret procedures and processes, and provide leadership to strategize and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives that are significant in scope, complexity, and risk

  • Collaborate with and influence functional business partners, leaders, and executive management to provide support and drive strategic initiatives for the business

  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution

  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • 3+ years Management experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in Customer Reference Data Operations and/or Data Management.

  • Diverse background in Operations, Project Management, Data Analysis, Risk Management and/or Strategic Planning

  • Exceptional relationship building skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate, negotiate and influence decision making and resolution across functional boundaries through a consensus building approach to accomplish objectives.

  • Advanced experience compiling and summarizing information in a compelling way that tells a story which can be shared with senior leaders to inform and influence solution direction and meet business objectives via executive-level presentations.

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to facilitate and lead meetings to reach conclusions, identify tasks, record actions, and achieve results.

  • Experience communicating and presenting complex information to multiple levels of the organization.

  • Ability to consult, build, and maintain solid working relationships in and outside of immediate department.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Continually identify and drive opportunities improvements in effectiveness, efficiency and experience.

  • Demonstrated ability to both think strategically and act tactically.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important.
