ManpowerGroup Business Analyst in Charlotte, North Carolina
Our client, a leading technology solutions provider, is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team. As a Business Analyst, you will be part of the technology department supporting cross-organizational initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Charlotte, NC
What's the Job?
Act as the primary interface with business partners, solution architects, and technology teams.
Analyze current processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and capture their requirements.
Collaborate with the Development Team to refine requirements into executable specifications.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Integration Testing (SIT) to clarify requirements.
What's Needed?
5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on software and data analysis.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools, particularly JIRA.
Experience in documenting detailed functional and technical requirements.
Strong communication skills to facilitate discussions and collaborate with various stakeholders.
Ability to analyze existing capabilities and identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
