Our client, a leading technology solutions provider, is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team. As a Business Analyst, you will be part of the technology department supporting cross-organizational initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Charlotte, NC

What's the Job?

• Act as the primary interface with business partners, solution architects, and technology teams.

• Analyze current processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and capture their requirements.

• Collaborate with the Development Team to refine requirements into executable specifications.

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Integration Testing (SIT) to clarify requirements.

What's Needed?

• 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on software and data analysis.

• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools, particularly JIRA.

• Experience in documenting detailed functional and technical requirements.

• Strong communication skills to facilitate discussions and collaborate with various stakeholders.

• Ability to analyze existing capabilities and identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
