Commercial HVAC Operations in Charlotte NC is recruiting for an HR professional that can become a key player in our HR operations.
About this role
The Associate Human Resources Business Partner (AHRBP) plays a pivotal role in supporting the overall people strategy within our dynamic Charlotte manufacturing environment, ensuring the alignment of HR initiatives with organizational objectives. This role is designed for an agile and adaptable professional, eager to learn and contribute across a broad range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and talent development. The AHRBP collaborates across diverse teams to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. We are looking for a proactive, resilient person who thrives in fast-paced environments, and who constantly seeks ways to optimize HR processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Through a hands-on approach, the AHRBP's role supports the growth and development of the workforce to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Compile and analyze statistical or employee-related data i.e., hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates; validate accurate and current data
Address and solve HR-related inquiries from all employees
Use tools or resources to resolve issues, partner with other HR specialists
Conduct research on the alignment of human resources policies, procedures, plans, and programs with the applicable employment laws and regulations
Create, review, and update human resources documents, i.e., organizational charts, employee handbooks and directories, or performance evaluation forms
Confirm the efficient running of human resources processes and programs
Participate in succession planning processes and programs, focus on current and future organizational needs
Supports diversity, recruiting, and retention strategy, efforts, and programs
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
More than 6 months of experience in Human Resources
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or Human Resources
Generalist Human Resources experience.
Interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Communication verbal and written in the English language
Attention to detail and data-driven
Technologically savvy
