Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Appian Developer to join a large financial industry customer in Charlotte, NC or Plano, TX. This is a core development role and requires full end-to-end ownership of his/her application development responsibilities. Proficiency in Appian development and a strong understanding of business process model optimization concepts best practices is required. This individual must have experience working in an Agile environment (including hands-on experience with Rally, Jira, and other notable Agile tools). The ideal candidate will have exceptional verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate, lead, and drive technical conversations with non-technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership. Must have proven ability to complete tasks independently and present a can-do attitude.

Skills and Requirements

• Proficiency in Appian development in large-scale enterprise environment

• Well-versed in Agile methodology, including all phases of SDLC

• Experienced in BPM optimization concepts and best practices

• Exceptional ability to lead / drive technical development conversations with key business teams / stakeholders

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong interpersonal skills, including teamwork and facilitation

• Demonstrated can do attitude.

• Ability to take ownership and complete tasks independently with minimal direction and supervision.

• Rally and Jira experience

• Knowledgeable in DevOps and CI/CD concepts

• Experience participating in code reviews, bug fixes, triage/troubleshooting/support, modifications, etc. - Previous banking industry experience null
