Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Charlotte, North Carolina. The primary focus of this role is to handle customer accounts, process applications, maintain records, and manage inquiries. This position is an integral part of our team, providing essential services in our industry.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process customer credit applications, ensuring accuracy.

• Manage and maintain customer credit records, keeping them up-to-date.

• Address and resolve customer inquiries related to their accounts.

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action based on account status.

• Utilize ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and Accounting Software Systems for various accounting functions.

• Handle accounts receivable tasks, ensuring all billing functions are carried out accurately.

• Work with SAP to manage cash applications.

• Conduct research posting and manage collections as required. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required

• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is a necessity

• Demonstrated understanding of Accounting Functions is crucial

• Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) is mandatory

• Ability to handle Billing Functions is essential

• Knowledge of SAP is a prerequisite

• Experience with Cash Applications is needed
