Description We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. The role primarily involves managing the complete accounts payable cycle in our organization. This short-term contract position is an excellent opportunity to apply your expertise in accounting functions and software systems.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process payable invoices to maintain the accuracy of our financial records.

• Utilize accounting software systems to enhance the efficiency of accounts payable processing.

• Actively participate in the weekly account payable activities to ensure timely payments.

• Execute matching, batching, and coding of invoices for proper alignment with the general ledger.

• Manage the Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions for smooth financial operations.

• Handle any accounts payable related inquiries and resolve them in a detail oriented and timely manner. Requirements • Proficient in Accounting Software Systems

• Comprehensive knowledge of Accounting Functions

• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP)

• Familiarity with Automated Clearing House (ACH) processes

• Ability to handle Payable Invoices efficiently

• Experience in Weekly Account Payable management
