Adecco US, Inc. Accounts Payable Coordinator in Charlotte, North Carolina

Adecco Permanent Recruitment is hiring for an experienced Accounts Payable Coordinator for our global manufacturing client. Great culture and opportunity to learn and grow!

Job Summary The role is responsible for accurately processing high volumes of purchase order (PO) invoices for materials, services, utilities, and freight utilizing SAP and Read Soft. Will also investigate and resolve invoice-related problems and communicate with internal users and external vendors to resolve any issues.

Skills & Qualifications Requirements

  • High School Diploma/ GED; 2 year degree preferred

  • 1 – 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable - 3-way match, POs, high volume processing

  • 1 – 3 years of SAP experience a plus

  • 1 – 3 years of Electronic Invoice Processing experience a plus

  • Experience communicating with vendors

  • Excellent organization and people skills

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to multi-task with attention to detail

  • Quick learner and self-initiator with a proven ability to partner with team members and across teams

Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $55,000.00 per year
