The first two weeks are mandatory on-site for training purposes. Client is not 100% remote, but they do offer hybrid/work-from-home flexibility based on the manager's discretion. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8a-5p.

The Accounts Payable Coordinator is responsible for processing purchase order invoices for materials, services, utilities, and freight via SAP. Additional responsibilities include investigating and resolving problems associated with processing of invoices, communicating with internal users and external vendors to resolve invoice issues and reviewing/researching vendor statement against open A/P to determine missing invoices.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00
