Randstad Strategic Accounts is looking for a business professional with a knowledge and proficiency working in the banking industry. We have a role that we are looking to fill for a contract position with a top tier bank in the financial industry. salary: $30 - $34 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

Required Qualifications:

• PREFERRED: Prior experience working with access management for onboarding processes.

• If they don't have access management experience, they would like to see someone with systems business support or shared services experience.

• Candidate must have queue management experience and must be IT savvy.

Desired Qualifications:

• Analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

• Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

• Ability to work effectively, independently and in a team environment

• Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

• Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas

• Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills

• Working knowledge of ART, AIMS, Request Center, SIMBA, Microsoft SharePoint and Jira
