What you'll do

As the Service Support Analyst for  based our brand new, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in , you will be responsible for coordinating service-related transactions for company and non-company vehicles such as emergency response bodies and chassis, motorhome chassis, and specialty vehicles.

You will also be accountable for: Managing repair orders and invoicing customer repair orders electronically from our service shop Overseeing the operations of our retail store, including retail parts sales Answering incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy Maintaining customer repair orders electronically and customer records in conjunction with Customer and Product Support (CPS) case entry requirements Creating and maintaining process and procedure documentation for key functions in accordance with ISO Ordering inventory for the service shop warehouse Setting pricing levels and updating vendor part records Partnering with Supply Chain and Engineering regarding parts without existing supplier production Following up on orders placed with vendors to ensure delivery expectations are met Facilitating transfer of materials from other inventory warehouses Processing material chargebacks and core returns on work orders Tracking and preparing monthly credit card summaries regarding departmental credit cards Reviewing expense reports for service technicians to assure adherence with travel and expense policies Assisting with adding appointments and maintaining the service shop schedule Learn more about , , and our brands by exploring the Learn More section below. What you need to be successful

High School Diploma or GED (Associate degree in Business Preferred) 3 or more years of experience in a service shop with a focus on finance, and customer service Knowledge of general ledger accounting systems, schedules, account reconciliation, job costing, and invoicing AP/AR expertise (Preferred) A history of successfully following a systematic problem-solving process Experience in automotive dealerships in the areas of service accounting or customer service A commitment to providing excellent customer support A reputation for planning and handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Versatile, flexible, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities Willing and able to maintain a flexible and extended work schedule as needed
