Description We are looking for a Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in CHARLEVOIX, Michigan. Your key function will be to provide efficient and courteous support to end users, maintain service desk records, and troubleshoot issues using various tools and resources within the manufacturing industry. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Provide courteous support to end users via telephone and e-mail

• Foster positive relationships with service desk customers to understand their issues better

• Direct escalated issues to the senior technology staff with more experience as necessary

• Document the entire process of resolving service desk requests, including all decisions made and actions taken

• Utilize diagnostic utilities to assist in troubleshooting tasks

• Utilize resources such as software updates, drivers, knowledge base articles, and FAQs to solve problems

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as necessary

• Process customer applications for credit accurately and efficiently

• Maintain accurate records of customer credit Requirements • Proficiency in Android Development, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve related issues.

• Familiarity with Cisco Technologies, including the ability to implement, maintain, and improve these systems.

• Experience with Citrix Technologies, including the ability to manage and optimize these systems.

• Strong understanding of Computer Hardware, with the ability to diagnose and fix hardware-related problems.

• Knowledge of Dell Technologies and the ability to use them effectively in a desktop support role.

• Proficiency in using Active Directory, with the ability to manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.

• Experience in supporting and troubleshooting Apple Devices, including iPhones, iPads, and Mac systems.

• Familiarity with Backup Technologies, including the ability to implement and manage backup systems to ensure data safety.

• Expertise in Configuration Management, with the ability to manage system configurations for optimized performance. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
