West Virginia Employer Store Manager in Charleston, West Virginia
BFOQ Must be 21 years of age with reliable form or transportation. Must have availability from 10am-5pm Tuesdays, Fridays AND Saturdays. Must pass a criminal background check. Non-profit seeks a Part-Time store manager to oversee their clothing thrift shop. 1 year of relevant retail management preferred with background managing staff. The Store Manager will play a pivotal role in daily store operations. They are responsible for opening and closing, managing cash flow, providing reports to management, and overseeing paid staff and volunteers at the store. Their primary goal is to ensure the store functions smoothly and provide excellent customer service while working to increase business. Must have strong background in record keeping, organization and customer service. Salary Compensation: $14.00-$16.00 hourly. Fixed shifts, closed on holidays and some benefits apply.
