Overview of Job Function:

The Strategic Partner Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting Sales Operations providing data, analysis, and problem resolution relating to Key Partner relationships. This is a US remote role with a preference for EST/CST.

Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:

• Identify and resolve transactional issues relating to key partner inventory, orders, invoices, and product identification.

• Support internal order management with status and tracking.

• Prepare appropriate sales order paperwork to ensure the purchase order reflects the appropriate configuration/solution for the customer.

• Create and maintain weekly, monthly & quarterly reports for partner inventory, shipments, and products.

• Create weekly key partner inventory analysis.

• Provide routine updates to the CRM with partner account activity and status.

• Validate all key partner orders received to ensure accurate part numbers, pricing, and availability.

• Coordinate all RMA requests with the internal operations team.

• Act as backup for inside sales specialist, preparing quotes for sales organization and maintaining accurate and timely reports of sales forecast and pipeline activities.

• Provide ad hoc reports and perform assigned projects as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field of study or equivalent work experience.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in partner sales operations, or operations coordination.

• Experience with in-direct fulfillment, inventory, and forecasting of sales through integrators.

• Experience using ERP system – preferred Oracle and Oracle-related tools (OBIEE, AGILE, and SFDC).

• Advanced MS Excel skills, as well as proficiency with Word and PowerPoint.

• Proven organizational and time management skills.

• Resourceful, proactive, and independent problem-solving skills.

• Ability to adapt to and build relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

• Successful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, SS Verification, as well as credit and drug screening, where applicable and in accordance with federal and local regulations.
