SALARY: $27,240.00 - $45,973.00 Annually LOCATION: Morgan County CLOSING DATE: 9/21/2024 11:59 PM Eastern _MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: _TRAINING: No formal education required. _EXPERIENCE: Two years of full-time or equivalent part-time paid experience in housekeeping, custodial, or general labor work. _NATURE OF WORK: Under close supervision by the Maintenance Supervisor, the employee in this position will perform routine maintenance work at Berkeley Springs State Park. Tasks may include performing a variety of unskilled and semi-skilled work in connection with the maintenance and repair of exterior and interior of historical facilities, buildings, and grounds. May assist a skilled worker in performing carpentry, plumbing, electrical, masonry and other maintenance work. Performs related work as required. Regular attendance is required.
