Our office is seeking a Front Office Coordinator to be the first face and voice for our office to clients and applicants. This is an internal position with Express Employment Professionals. You will be greeting and screening applicants looking for temporary and permanent job positions. You will be administering testing, recruiting and performing other administrative duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will have the following qualities: Thrive in a fast-paced team environment Outstanding customer service orientation - be able to successfully manage and respond to multiple/ simultaneous internal and external customer needs Strong organizational skills with an ability to continually evaluate priorities and multi-task Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills Strong oral and written communication skills PC proficient and knowledgeable of Word, Excel and Outlook Typing skills at least 40wpm Rate of pay is $17.00 per hour. Schedule is Monday-Friday (8:00am to 5:00pm)
