Job Title: File Clerk (Temporary Assignment)

Position Type: Temporary, Part-Time (20-30 hours per week)

Hourly Rate: Starting at $12.00/hour

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable File Clerk for a temporary assignment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing, filing, and managing documents, as well as performing tasks related to moving boxes and maintaining an orderly filing system. This position requires someone who can follow instructions carefully and work efficiently within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and file documents in a systematic manner according to established procedures.

• Retrieve and sort files as requested by team members or supervisors.

• Move boxes and files to different locations as needed.

• Ensure that all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.

• Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as required.

• Maintain a clean and organized filing area.

Pay Details: $12.00 per hour
