Description

We are partnering with a large manufacturing company who is seeking four meticulous and technically-skilled Data Entry Analyst Clerks for an extensive data conversion project. This position entails a considerable amount of repetitive data scrubbing from network drives into SharePoint and handling large volumes of meta-data, which includes unique identifiers of data in a document and AI recognized data.

Responsibilities:

Analyze, review, and scrub copious volumes of documents and accurately input data into SharePoint.

Locate and correctly place meta-data in designated columns in SharePoint.

Manage and organize data while ensuring the information is accurate and in the correct format.

Comply with ISO-9001 standards to ensure the quality of the data.

Repetitively analyze drawings, CAD, isometrics, and specs for data extraction.

Ensure that all tasks are completed on time while maintaining impeccable attention to detail.

Qualifications:

Significant experience in data entry with intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, preferably within a manufacturing or construction environment.

Familiarity with documents such as drawings, CAD, isometrics, and specs.

Proficiency in SharePoint and other data management software.

Excellent technical acumen, particularly with handling meta-data.

Ability to handle repeated tasks while maintaining high-quality outputs.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Knowledge of ISO-9001 compliance, CAD, or quality experience will be considered as a bonus.

Please note that this is a project-based role with a duration of 6 months to 1 year. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who have a knack for technical data, are adaptable, and enjoy problem-solving in a fast-paced work environment.
