As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our flagship store, ensuring that every customer interaction reflects the brand's commitment to quality, luxury, and service. You will lead a team of sales associates, set operational standards, and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance store performance. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned retail professional with a passion for luxury products and a deep understanding of exceptional customer service.

salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Development:

• Lead, inspire, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve store goals and deliver outstanding customer service.

• Provide ongoing coaching and training to staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies.

• Conduct regular performance evaluations and create growth plans for team members to enhance their skills and advance their careers.

• Sales & Performance Management:

• Drive sales and exceed store targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies, promotional activities, and customer engagement initiatives.

• Analyze sales performance and implement corrective actions where necessary to meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales goals.

• Oversee inventory management, ensuring product availability, proper merchandising, and accurate stock levels.
