We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team!
Sales Focus, Inc. a global leader in Sales Outsourcing is growing and looking for a dedicated recruiter to join our team.
Candidate must be able to communicate effectively via telephone and electronically. Should be comfortable in an entrepreneur environment, willing to work hard and adaptable to change. Our recruiters are key in getting quality candidates using multiple resources.
Primary Job Responsibilities Include
Find sources for candidates to include job fairs, job boards, etc
Maintain and manage on line job postings
Lead communication and relationships with managers to identify business needs and position requirements
Sourcing and screening resumes and candidates
Working closely with job board representatives
Work closely with recruiting team
Maintain CRM database
Identify qualified candidates through internet resources, CRM database, cold calls, networking and employee referrals
Seek creative solutions for recruiting candidates
Maintain regular contact with potential future candidates
Proactively and continually source, develop and maintain an effective pipeline and network of appropriate talent
Qualifications
Previous experience in recruiting, or other related fields helpful but not required
Ability to build rapport with all employees
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
