Job Description

Insight Global is searching for Experienced PB/Pro Fee Medical Coders to support one of our largest healthcare clients in the Southeast. These individuals will sit remotely and work in EST, but will have flexibility of work schedule to start anytime between 6AM-9AM EST.

This position will be specifically dedicated to the burn unit work queue. You will also be responsible for coding denials, assisting with coding audits and collaborating with teammates for complex cases and co-surgeries.

To qualify for this role, you must hold an active CPC, CCS, RHIA or RHIT certification and must be certified through either HEMA or AAPC

Pay range for this role is $25-$35/hour.

Skills and Requirements

-CPC, CCS, RHIA or RHIT Certification Active

-5+ years in pro-fee coding

-Subject matter expert in Burn Unit Coding -- ideally 3-5 years of recent experience

-Knowledge and understanding of utilizing the ABA (American Burn Association) coding resources null
