First Division Consulting Administrative Assistant - Contingent in Charleston, South Carolina

Contingent upon contract award.

Administrative Assistant needed to fill a position located in Charleston, S.C.

Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree in Business or Computer Science, or High School Diploma or GED.

  • Four (4) years with a degree or Eight (8) years with a High School diploma/GED of experience, including word processing, spreadsheet development, documenting management issues, financial analysis, data collection, report processing, and brief preparation.

  • Two (2) years of work experience within DoD.

  • Current security clearance required.

Physical Requirements:

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.

  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.

  • Light to moderate lifting may be required.

  • Regular, predictable attendance is required.
