About the Role

Brighton Health Plan Solutions seeks an Network Operations Project Manager experienced in overseeing a complex, cross-functional program comprising strategic projects that involve external vendors and multiple business areas. This role involves handling high-risk projects with significant legal and financial impact on the company. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing large, intricate Healthcare Insurance projects across various domains.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Apply comprehensive knowledge of corporate initiatives, Project Management Life Cycle, and delivery process for organization-wide goal and timeline adherence.

  • Assist in executing/delivering projects within designated program(s) and domain/corporate initiative.

  • Manage all project aspects including risk, process improvement, operational and tech implementation to meet Senior Management's priorities.

  • Employ communication skills for persuasion, cooperation, presentations, consensus-building, and conflict resolution.

  • Demonstrate excellent written skills for internal/external reports and presentations to Senior Leadership committees.

  • Manage full project life cycle for complex, strategic initiatives and client implementations.

  • Collaborate with workstream Leads and Business/IT leadership to capture and implement requirements.

  • Support Delivery Team in identifying solutions for user areas and ensuring seamless integration.

  • Oversee resources, mitigate risks, and facilitate coordination between internal/external teams.

  • Assist in Operational Readiness for new systems and processes adoption.

  • Provide regular updates to Leadership, sponsors, and stakeholders on project status and delays.

    Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or equivalent work experience required.

  • 4+ years of project management experience, preferably 2+ years in Healthcare Insurance, focusing on planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of processes and systems.

  • Experience in Program Management and concurrent execution of related development projects, particularly in systems development, with knowledge of Systems Development Lifecycle and Project Management Lifecycle.

  • Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills across all levels.

  • Excellent oral and written communication, with the ability to present technical information effectively.

  • Solid management, business planning, and development skills.

  • Exceptional program and project management skills, including resource allocation.

  • Analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual abilities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite tools such as MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

  • Project Management certificate (PMP) from PMI is a plus.
